Is GradMatch live or in beta?
GradMatch is currently an early access product. Candidate profiles, CV parsing, job posting, and matching flows are available while employer supply grows.
How does matching work?
The score combines skills, project evidence, education, location preference, and profile readiness. Candidates can review parsed CV fields before using them.
Are jobs guaranteed?
No. Jobs appear only when real employers publish roles. Empty job results mean there are no matching live roles for those filters yet.
How is AI used?
AI helps parse CVs and explain matches. It supports hiring decisions but should not be treated as the only decision-maker.
What happens to my CV?
Your CV text is used to build your profile and matching evidence. Review the fields before applying and avoid uploading sensitive information not needed for hiring.
Who should employers contact?
Employers can create an account and post a role from the hiring hub. Verification details are shown to candidates when available.
